Lexie and Rusty Trzpuc, auctioneer & owners of Windy City Auction Gallery, have called Livingston their home for the past 9 years. They have been employed for the past 7 years as ranch caretakers/managers for a beautiful private horse ranch just outside of town where they continue to live and manage the ranch, all while raising their two children Lila and Parker and starting this adventure with Windy City Auction Gallery.
Lexie is a native to Whitefish and found herself down in the Livingston area working the horse corrals in Yellowstone in 2004. This is where she met her husband Rusty. Rusty was born and raised in rural North Dakota and followed his love of horses and the west out to Yellowstone. From a young age Rusty remembers frequenting auctions with his father, picking up horse tack and farm machinery whenever they could. He continues that tradition today with his kids, attending any auction in the area he can drag his family to.
This is how he met Jimbo and Chris Logan of Logan Auction Service Inc.. When Jimbo hired Rusty on as a ringer part time last year, Rusty’s childhood passion surfaced again. With a combination of ongoing education and up to date technology, Windy City Auction Gallery strives to keep the goals of our sellers and wants of our buyers in the forefront of our work, while achieving a reputation as an honest, caring, and loyal company to our clients and our community. We work diligently every day to uphold the legacy and reputation of the National Auctioneers Association and the Montana Auctioneer’s Association, which Windy City Auction Gallery are members of. We are also members of the Livingston Chamber of Commerce.
